What we do with what you send us.

The short version

We collect what you type into the contact form so that we can call you back about the work. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anybody who is not doing your job, and we do not put you on a mailing list.

What the form collects

Your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, a short description of the house, and whatever you write in the message box. That is all it asks for and all it stores. There is one hidden field that real people never see or fill in; it exists to catch automated spam, and anything submitted with it filled in is discarded.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twelve months. Where we carried out work, we keep the job record, the drawings and the commissioning report for as long as we are likely to be asked about the system, which in practice means the life of the equipment. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, call the shop and ask.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We use privacy-preserving page-view measurement that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.

Who else sees it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare and form submissions are stored there. Nobody outside this company reads them. We do not use a third-party lead service and your details are not passed to other contractors.
